115 cows -18 bred heifers • 2 service age bulls
Having decided to discontinue dairying after 42
years, selling will be 90 milking cows including
many recently fresh cows and 45 dry cows and
springing heifers due in the next 60 days. This
herd is not on test but will have milk weights avail
able at the sale time. Ths tie stall herd has excep
tinally nice udders. The cattle are pasture bred to
a Holstein bull (Tesk son) and Jersey bull - both
which sell. These cows have not been pushed for
production nor has BST been used. These cows
will please the most discriminating buyer. Cattle
are calfhood vacinated and will be examined for
pregnancy. 9 way shots were administered in the
fall. Cattle sold interstate will be tested immediate
ly after the auction. Farm is for sale at private trea
