EPA To Conduct Groundwater Study In Lancaster County LANCASTER (Lancaster Co.) —Starting Monday, May IS, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be conducting a groundwater study which uses red and yellow dyes to trace groundwater flow in Lancaster County.
