Co.) —Douglas Stewart of Rome,
was recently elected as a director
of Progressive Dairymen’s
Cooperative Inc.
Stewart and his wife Donna
operate a fifty cow dairy in Brad
ford County. Their dairy consists
of one half Holstein and one half
Ayrshires.
The Stewart’s Ayrshire herd,
with a nearly 18,000 pound herd
average, is the third highest pro
ducing Ayrshire herd in Pennsyl
vania according to DHIA records.
