William McCoy of Lancaster County, a charter member of the National Cattlemen’s Association, has served as president of the Lancas ter Stockyards since 1972. McCoy is vice president of the Pennsylva nia Auction Markets Association, director of the American Stock yards Association, secretary and past treasurer of the Pennsylvania Beef Council, trustee of the Lives tock Markets Association, presi dent of Lancaster Livestock Exchange, and former director of the PCA.
