Program is proud to present the
1995 Family Community Leader
ship (FCL) training to be held at
the Penn State Eastgate Center, in
Harrisburg, on Saturday, April 1,
from 8:30 a.m. until noon.
The theme for this year’s FCL
training is “Enhancing Ethical
Leadership.”
The overall training objective is
to confer skills in three functional
areas:
(1) Participatory leadership
through increased self-esteem.
