DAIRY HERD DISPERSAL
Selling approximately 110 Head - over 1/2 Registered - Herd has been 100% ABS Bred for 35
years.
Many Sons of SWD - Bell - Chief Mark - Rotate, and others have been used successfully. The
Young Stock are all Calfhood vaccinated. The - Herd is Certified and Accredited. They are mixed in
Tie Stalls and Housed in Loose Housing, so they should work in any situation.
Of the 75 Milking Animals, approximately 15 are milking in their first lactation, and a large number
are second and third calf animals.
This is a good year-round Dairy with approximately 15 animals recently Fresh, and 15 more to Calve
between Sale Day and July 1. A large majority of the Herd are bred to calve for Fall Milk.
Also Selling: 14 Bred Heifers from Springing to Short-Bred - a group of approximately 25 Yearlings
down to started Calves - All well grown and typey.
The Milking Herd has been Genetically Mated by ABS - and they carry Service of: Shamrock -
Scrambler - Pemex - Anasazi - Anchor - Goliath - Vision - and others.
