DELMARVA BROILBR/FRYER
MARKET. FEDERAL-STATE
Movement of ready-to-cook whole hints
remained light and unaggressive. Offerings
were readily available and slow to clear
particularly 3.5 to 4 pound sizes. Live sup
plies were moderate; weight! were light to
heavy, mostly desirable to heavy. Proces
sor scheduler were very heavy. Less than
middot asking prices were 1 cent lower at
49 to 60 cents. Trade sentiment was weak
and unsettled. Breast items were in hea
viest supply, and were competitively
priced to stimulate movement Leg quar
ters were irregularly available, and in fairly
good balance overall Wings were adequ
ate and cleared satisfactorily at most
plants.
