Sponsored annually by the Pen nmarva Dairymen’s Federation, the contest recognizes outstanding leadership skills and knowledge of cooperatives. A panel of three judges will select an outstanding young cooperator winner and four runners-up. The 10 contestants, known as young cooperators, were selected to participate in the program based on their dairy pro ficiency and community leadership.
