Mid- week demand ranged light to good,
mostly moderate, and was increased by
feature activities. Supplies of large eggs
were adequate to fully adequate, instances
light on jumbos, and mediums were gener
ally adequate, occasionally barely adequ
ate. Breaking stock supplies were adequate
for the fair demand, and the undertone was
steady. Spent hen offerings were fully
adequate to ample for the light demand,
and the market tone was steady.
