(MMI), based on Strongsville, Ohio, held its annual reorganizations! meeting recently and re-elected Herman Brubaker, of West Alexandria, Ohio, as its chairman and president of the board. MMI is a regional cooperative ranked seventh in size in the nation, with 5,600 dairy coopera tors in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvani a, Kentucky. Maryland, Michigan, New York, and West Virginia. Last year it marketed and pro cessed more than 4.75 billion pounds of milk for revenues of $725 million. The board of directors consists of2l district directors and three at large directors. Annual elections are held on a rotating basis. Brubaker has served as presi dent of MMI since 1985 and pres ides over all meetings of the board and 210-member delegate body. The board sets policy and direction for the association. Elected as vice chairs were Pen nsylvanians George Bancroft Jr., of Centerville, and Tom Croner, of Berlin. Dale Kauffman, of Shreve, Ohio, was reelected secretary. Phillip Hart, of Clayton, Mich., was elected as treasurer.
