Co., Pa, The 89 acres of farm land with a farm house, bam and out buildings was sold for $545,000 to Wayne Seachrist, Pierson Road, Lititz, Pa. The second parcel of 7.5 acres was sold to John Hartz, Woods Road, Lititz for $191,700.
