Rebecca Kerins was named the 1994 recipient of the Pennsylvania 4-H Horse Program Outstanding Member Award at the 35th annual County won the state championship in county team for the second time within the last three years. She received first place honors in her class at the regent State 4-H Horse Show, held in Harrisburg. Smith is a member of the Waterford Bucking Broncos 4-H Club. State 4-H Horse Show held in Har risburg at the Farm Show Com plex. Beckie was presented a west ern saddle donated by Smucker’s Harness Shop, Inc., Narvon. The daughter of Thomas and Lynda Kerins of Greenville, she is a sophomore majoring in political science at Penn State University. Kerins was selected on the basis of leadership, 4-H project work, and participation in activities at local, county, district, and state levels. Beckie is an 11-year member of * Mercer County 4-H.
