Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
remained light to moderate. Seller offer
ings were adequate to long. Live supplies
were moderate; weights varied in a full
range of light to heavy. Processing sche
dules were very heavy. Less than trucklot
asking prices were unchanged at 47 to 58
cents. Trade sentiment was mostly steady,
instances weak. In the parts complex,
bone-in breasts were in good balance to
well cleared. Supplies of boneless skinless
breasts continued to tighten. Leg items
were fully adequate. Wings were burden
some.
