suitable for further grazing. Quality of
supply plain to attractive. Flesh condition
of feeders medium to moderately flediy
but overall mote attractive to buyers than
last week. Weigh condition mostly aver
age. Weather continues unseasonably
warm. Few much needed thunder showers
moved thro the central area of the slate
Monday night Good chances for addition
al moisture in forecast. Wheat would
respond well to moisture at this time.
Slaughter cows steady to $2.00 higher.
Slaughter bulls firm. Demand moderate to
good with moderate action. Total of 746
cows and bulla sold with 55 percent of
sales to packers. Receipts this week
16,850; last week 16,363; last year 8,864.
Supply consisted of 75 percent yearlings
over 600 lbs.; 21 percent calves under 600
lbs.; 4 percent cows and bolls.
