JANUARY 13, 1995 EASTERN REGION FROZEN EGGS JANUARY 13. 1995 FEDERAL-STATE Pricer for whole egg and blends were unchanged, whites were lower, and yolks were generidly higher. The trade sentiment was barely steady to weak on whites, steady to firm on yolks, and generally steady on the balance. Demand improved somewhat as shell egg markets firmed, but inquiry for whites remained sluggish. Floor stocks of whites were at least adequ ate, yolks were generally no mote than adequate, and the balance of items were adequate or available. Liquid and frozen eggs processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending January 7,1995 were 2% above last week, and 8% below the same week a year ago.
