county 4-H/Youlh coordinator and
be responsible for providing pro
gram guidance and support to other
staff members working in the area of
4-H/Youth development. As a
member of a team, this individual
will provide the overall leadership
for the development of a compre
hensive 4-H/Youth program.
Candidates must have a* bachelor's
degree in education, sociology, agn
culture, agricultural and extension
education, individual and family
studies, human development or
related areas. A master’s degree is
preferred. Candidates should poss
ess demonstrated competencies in
the program areas of 4-H and youth
