The champion Angus steer was
shown by Jason Marsch from
Chester County with his 1,275
middle class entry, the reserve
champion Angus was the second
place middle in the middle class for
Jeffrey Keifer, Northampton. Jef
frey’s steer weighed 1,300 pounds.
In the Hereford/Polled Hereford
show, Luke Vogel, Buder, had the
champion with his 1,290 pound
steer, and Jodi Dutrey, York Coun
ty, had the reserve champion with a
1,175 pound entry.
In the All Other Purebreds class
Jamie Reid, York County, had the
reserve champion behind Miller’s
over-all reserve grand champion.
Jamie’s steer weighed 1,320
pounds.
In the crossbred steer show,
Denise Bollinger, Lancaster Coun
ty, had the reserve champion in the
lightweight division behind Stock
dale’s eventual over-all grand
champion. Denise’s steer weighed
1,155 poifnds.
