The new model enables John Deere to offer owners a choice of either rigid or foldable ROPS kits for older Deere row-crop tractors. Like the foldable ROPS for util ity tractors announced in 1992, the new row-crop version is designed to be folded easily in height limit ing situations, such as low door ways to bams and. sheds, and locked upright as soon as over head clearance permits.
