com raising, and dairy heifers. Jerry has
obtained his Greenhand and Chapter Far
mer degrees.

FFA reporter, vice
president, junior
president, and pres
ident during the six
years of member
ship. Stacy has also
served on various committees, including
banquet, planning, alumni relations, farm
show, BOAC, citrus, leadership, scholar
ship, and many more. In addition, she has
participated in an array of contests, includ
ing state public speaking, Big E, and coun
ty, area, and regional competition for
creed, chapter, and state leadership
awards. College and marriage arc her
future plans.

on a variety of projects, including dairy
heifers and dairy cows. Shannon has
served as corresponding secretary and vice
president of her chapter. She participated
in dairy judging and showing dairy cows at
the FFA show, in addition to work experi
ence. Shannon has obtained the Green
hand, Chapter, and Sun Area degrees.

beans, and home garden. She has served on
the window exhibit, citrus. Food For
America, and milkshake wagon commit
tees. In addition, Sherry has competed in
various contests, including regional meals,
land judging, public speaking, and the state
interview contests. She received her
Greenhand and Chapter degrees.

Laura, 17, daughter of Patrick and Joyce
Hogenmiller, Hopewell, Bedford County,
has served as Northern Bedford chapter
reporter and serves as chapter president.
She has obtained three floriculture profi
ciency awards, two public speaking
awards, and was honored with a gold in the
state floriculture contest.
Laura has served on the earnings, sav
ings, and investments committee and the
public relations and membership develop
ment committees. In addition, chapter pro
jects include broilers, sheep breeding,
chickens, and work experience. She has
obtained the Star Greenland and Chapter
Star Farmer degrees.
Murray Hollenbach
Middleburg FFA Chapter member Mur
ray Hollenbach plans to attend an agricul
tural college. Murray, 17, son of Lewis and
Judy Sarfme, Mount Pleasant Mills, Snyd
er County, has served as chapter adviser
and chaplain. He has served as chair of the
trips and tours and cooperation commit
tees. Work experience includes three years
on a dairy farm and four years of practicum
skills. He participated in the state project
book contest and on the state Farm Show
demonstration team and the state par
liamentary procedure contest, in addition
to local livestock and dairy judging shows.

Proficiency Award and a silver in the state
dairy foods contest. She obtained a gold
award for her scrapbook.
