recent changes to their manage
ment structure, designed to
enhance the continued growth and
development of operations.
With respect to maintaining a
high standard of performance,

munication, a new “team manage
ment” approach to the day-to-day
management of all three compa
nies has been implemented.
Garry Ransom, former Manito
ba/Saskatchewan district sales
manager, has been relocated to the
Ontario office to fill the newly cre
ated position of operations manag
er, responsible for administration,
finance, distribution, and informa
tion services.
Maintaining the role of manag
er of product development, Peter
Draper will focus his energies on
selection, production, develop
ment and promotion of the sire
lineups and animal products.
Stephen Fried, while maintaining
his position as Ontario district
sales manager, has accepted the
position of manager of sales and
