length of service for technicians:

DHIA’s direction over the last 10
years as “beyond comprehension.”
He said that since the state lines
have come down, mergers and
splits continue to happen. For
example, in the Midwest, six states
have joined together to form Heart
land DHIA.
In another significant change,
DHIA is proposing rule changes
that would make it an information
source rather than judge and jury
over the authenticity of the records.
He said Lancaster Fanning had an
informative article on page one of
the Dec. 3 issue that “laid out nice
