Grange Presents Donations
MORRIS (Tioga Co.)
Lorenton Grange #1095, present
ed a number of area organizations
with financial contributions and
certificates of appreciation during
a program held Sept. 15, at the
Morris Social Hall.
The Lorenton Grange recently
sold its building and property. The
members obtained special permis
sion from the Pennsylvania State
Grange to distribute the proceeds
of the sale to various organiza
tions.

Members of the Pennsylvania state FFA agricultural sales team met with the Career Devel
opment Event sponsor’s representative, Norm Braksick, Asgrow Seed Company of Kalama
zoo, Mich. The team was one of 33 participating in the National FFA Agricultural Sales Career
Development Event at the 67th National FFA Convention in Kansas City, Mo.
The members of the team from left to right are: Melissa Becker, Tracy Bollinger, Lisa Wit
mer. The team was accompanied by their adviser/coach, Deb Seibert of Manheim.
The National FFA Agricultural Sales Career Development Event is sponsored by Asgrow
Seed Company of Kalamazoo, Mich., as a special project of the National FFA Foundation. The
event will be held at East High School for Agribusiness and Environmental Sciences in

the Mennonite choir of Morris.
