FOX SALE A Public Sale of teal estate was held October 22 for Ellen M. Fox. 531 Springville Road, Ephrata, Lane. Co.. Pa. There were 200 people attending the sale. The 72-acre lime stone dairy farm in the county’s agricultural preserve program was sold for $560,000 to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Caplan of Paoli, Pa. It included a I'A-story stone and frame house, dairy bam with 38 tie stalls, com bam and equipment building. Kline Kreider and Good were the auction eers.
