Todd Stroup family farm near
Chambersburg last week as pan of
the “Customer Service Day.” The
visit was arranged by the FmHA
Franklin County office as pan of
the national effort to improve rela
tions of the federal agency with
people who use the service.

the Rural Development
Adminstration have asked 10,C00
customers that include farmers,
about their service. Each customer
was asked to rate agencies* perfor
mance from 1-5 (f being the best)
based on 25 questions divided into
six broad categories-reliability,
responsiveness, assurance, under
standing. coorective actions, office
environment and overall rating.
More than 75 percent of those
surveyed responded.
