Lawlstown. Traval approximately 20 miles to East and of McClure. Sale alto on
left. Sale consisting of Real Estate, Antiques and Collectibles, Guns, Tools,
Auto, Household and Miscellaneous.
12 acre farmette whereon is erected a 2 story frame farmhouse, consisting of 8
rooms and VA bathrooms. First floor consisting of kitchen, family room, living room,
office and 1/2 bath. Second floor consisting of 4 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom,
full attic and basement. House has full front porch and large enclosed back porch.
The house is heated with oil hot air furnace and has an electric hot water heater.
