market tone was generally steady. Demand
remained fair to good, best where featured.
Supplies were adequate or available except
large brown eggs were tight in New Eng
land. Breaking stock supplies were adequ
ate for the fair demand, and prices were
unchanged. Light hen offerings were
adequate to fully adequate for the light
demand.
Prices were unchanged. The market tone
was steady. Demand was light to mostly
moderate, and was occasionally brisk.
Floor stocks remained at least adequate.
Shell egg offerings were also adequate.
