4-H members took home champ
ion honors in four out of six breeds
at the 471 h annual Northeast Pen
nsylvania 4-H District Dairy Show
held at the Kiwanis Wyoming
County Fairgrounds recently.
Other champions hailed from
Bradford, Wyoming, Susquehan
na, Columbia, and Wayne coun
ties. Potter and Sullivan counties
were also represented at the show,
bringing the total number of
entries close to 300.
In the Holstein arena, senior and
grand champion distinction went
to Charity Courtney’s 5-year-old,
Esbern Tony Echo Eleanor.

ors were awarded to Gor-Wood-D
Star-B Splendor, a 4-year-old
owned by Heather Wood. Both
Courtney and Wood are from Tio
ga County.
The junior champion of the
