market barrow, and supreme
champion pair of market barrows.
Coy Farmer, a Chester White
and Hampshire breeder from
Prague, Okla., judged the open
class show of approximately 400
swine entries.
A Duroc gilt bred and owned by
David Holloway of Glen Rock,
Pa., won the supreme champion
female of all breeds. The gilt
weighed approximately 290
pounds and had a backfat of .78.
Holloway also took top honors in
the supreme champion pair of
market barrows group class with a
pair of Durocs.
