Winners in the senior division included Tanya Zelger, who made a white chiffon gown; Cassie Knerr, whose project was a match- imberlai ing floral skirt and jacket; and Natasha Zelger, who presented a wool plaid jacket and wool pants. Danielle Sanderson, who was another senior division winner, showed off a fitted wool vest with wool pants; Jennifer Beaston’s project was an off-the-shoulder satin gown; Kandi Baum showed off a blue floral rayon dress; Michelle Straitiff presented a quilted front jumper, and Sandra Anderson showed her talent with a fitted black knit dress with a plaid jacket. The alternates chosen in the senior division were Michelle Cornman, Jennifer Lerew, and NFU Commends Administration For Ethanol Rule WASHINGTON, D.C. Na tional Farmers Union (NFU) laud ed the Clinton Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for their commit ment to ethanol as a component of the Reformulated Gasoline (RFC) program. EPA Administrator Carol Browner announced the final rule, which includes a requirement that 30 percent of the fuel in the pro gram must be derived from renew able resources, such as ethanol or ETBE following a 12-month phase-in period, starting January 1. 1995.
