where. The market tone was steady to firm.
Demand wu mixed across the full range
and was mostly moderate to fairly good,
best where featured, into food service

supplies were adequate to barely adequate
for the moderate demand, and prices con

Traddot buying interest was generally
reported as typical for a Wednesday. Bone
less breasts were in the tightest position
and some processors struggled to keep up
with demand. Bone-in breasts moved into a
better position and for the moat pan were
adequate for current needs. Wings con
tinued to clear well Dark meat items were
difficult to move and were readily avail
able. There was a difference of opinion on
thighs. There was an overall cautiousness
that enveloped most of the market
