Devino Heads Holstein Foundation
witih a seedstock grant of
$500,000. Its purpose was to set
aside funds for future youth pro

The restructuring will bring
three positions into the Founda
tion to assist Devino: a develop
ment director, a program coor
dinator and an administrative spe
cialist.
In development, a director will
handle fund-raising using corpor
ate funds and private donors. The
program coordinator will direct at
tention to the summer intern pro
gram, distinguished juniors, dairy
bowl competitions, national junior
convention, Grand National
Junior Show and the Young Dairy
Leaders Institute.
The administrative specialist
will give day-to-day support for
business affairs including fund
raising, estate planning, scholar
ships, meetings and leadership
programs.
