The daughter of Clifford and Joyce Holloway of Peach Bottom is responsible for assisting in rural community 4-H clubs. The person responsible for assisting urban 4-H clubs is Katri na Boyer. She will be a senior this fall at Millersville University where she is majoring in special education. The daughter of George and Roberta Maxwell of West Grove formerly worked with the 4-H program in Chester County. She is really excited about establishing gardening projects, foods and nutrition clubs, and teaching cul tural crafts to Lancaster City child ren and teen-agers. He is the son of Raymond and Sharon Bol linger of Ephrata. Joel Metzler is the horticulture assistant. It's his duty to oversee and monitor many of the gardens throughout the county. He checks for bugs and diseases on ornamen tals and vegetables. He also answers questions people have about gardening when they call the extension office.
