sentiment was unsettled, but generally
weak. Demand was light, and buyers were
still unaggressive. Floor slocks of finished
products were at least adequate. Shell egg
supplies were also at least adequate for the
sluggish demand.

Price* were unchanged to lower on the

market tone wai cauliouily steady to weak.
Cartoned egg demand was light to mod
erate, occasionally better. Supplies of all
sizes remained adequate to ample, and
available. Breakers received adequate shell
eggs from regular sources or surplus offer
ings. Live hen offerings remained at least
adequate for the no belter than moderate
demand, and the trade sentiment wu most
ly steady.
