Rosie would like to have more
time to enter contests. At the York
White Rose Cake Show last year
she won several first places and the
Best of Show. She also won a
scholarship that entitles her to pick
any professional teacher for a
week of private instruction in cake
decorating. Rosie plans to travel to
Texas to study forming gum paste
flowers that arc hand molded one
petal at a time.
