A Pro Ag official said, the Com munity Nutrition Institute reported in their House organ (nutrition week) on March 12, 1993 that the 1987 Harvard Nurses study found that women who consumed four or more teaspoons of margarine a day had a risk of heart disease SO per cent higher than women whose margarine intake was limited to once a month. Those odds went to 70 percent by increasing the intake of margarine.
