Movement of ieady-to-cook whole birds
wu light to moderate and best on 3 pound
and smaller sizes. Offerings varied from
adequate and in fairly good balance to
available and slow to dear. Live supplies
were at least moderate; weights were most
ly desirable to heavy. Processing schedules
continued heavy. Less than trucklot asking
prices were unchanged at 61 to 71 cents.
Trade sentiment was steady to weak. In the
parts complex, most items were in good
balance to closely deared. The noteable
exception was boneless skinless breasts
which were available and difficult to place
at some plants.
