“Virginia and Maryland have syustems that
we can coordinate with, and New Jersey can
do some things that we can take advantage of.
“So, if New Jersey has a good test system
for Potomac Horse Fever, which they do, then
we might as well send our samples to New
Jersey and have them do it, because they have
