skinless breasts were balanced with current
demand. Trading wu repotted at the lilted
prices. The trade sentiment ranged steady
to firm. Whole breasts were irregularly dis
tributed and tanged balanced to available.

Shippers uked higher prices for early
morning offerings but backed off a little by
mid-moming.

report on heavy hens. Offerings from pro
duction areas continue fully adequate to
ample and most processing plants have
only limited space available into next
month. Demand fair at best Further pro

levels.

was cautiously steady. Retail demand con
tinued light to fair into retail channels, and
moderate to fairly good into food service
accounts. Supplies were adequate to ample
and available. The New Jersey inventory
was 28% above last Monday’s level, and
the New York inventory was 5% below last
week.
