Penn State Dairy Science Club Releases Spring Judging Contest Results UNIVERSITY PARK (Centre Co.) —The Penn State Dairy Sci ence Club’s annual Spring Dairy Cattle Judging Contest was held recently at the Ag Arena. More than 200 participants judged eight classes of Holstein cows from the Penn State herd. Jeff Hostetler, a junior in dairy and animal science from Lebanon, chaired the contest Peter Mozes from Greenville, also a junior in dairy and animal science, was assistant chair.
