Conference held at the Days Inn Conference Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania at junction of Old Route 22 and Route 309
"HOW TO WIN THE GAME”
The Second Mid-Atlantic Alternative Conference is once again
hosted by Rutgets Cooperative Extension and Penn State
Cooperative Extension.
This years conference is designed to further assist new and exist
ing alternative livestock enterprises, by providing a diverse forum
of programming covering various species ary related topics.
Items ranging from general health care, marketing, management,
species selection, and first-hand experiences highlight the
conference.
General questions and answer sessions combined with selected
break-out sessions will provide information nqeded for beginners
and those already in some stage of the alternative livestock
business
Many of the speakers for the conference are individuals already
involved in in some alternative livestock species or are University
Specialists with in-depth expertise in one of the alternative Lives
tock Fields.
You will have many opportunities to ask questions and to interact
with the presenters throughout the conference.
As a participant at the conference, you will receive a combined
Alternative Animal Directory and a packet of fact sheets and
related information on the species covered at the conference.
Your registration fee will cover the materials cost, Friday's hospi
tality, lunch on Saturday, and break refreshments.
