NATIONAL EGO MARKET-AT A
GLANCE: The market tone was fully
steady to firm around the nation. Demand
was moving into a typical pre-Easter/
Passover mode. Supplies were usually
moving as expected with most processors
generally holding product with confidence.
Breaker activity was mixed at most plants
were funning minimal schedules and
attempting to restrict purchases to regular
commitments. Light type hen activity was
fair with most offerings in balance with
needs.
