GLANCE: Prices were unchanged to high
er for mediums in the Mid-Atlantic region,
lower on jumbo brown in New England,
and unchanged on the balance. The market
tone was mostly steady, occasionally fully
steady for mediums. Demand was fair to
good, mostly moderate and best into retail
outlets with features. Supplies were gener
ally adequate or available. Breaking stock
prices were unchanged, and supplies were
generally adequate for the light to fair
demand. Live hen offerings were about
adequate for the light to moderate demand,
and the undertone was mostly steady.
