We have had to cancel two well-planned programs at our church and now hope that we can hold the one in March. Schools have cancelled classes quite often. This reminds me of the year when, in order to get our children to die bus, we had to clean the old beater-manure spreader and haul them with the tractor. Another winter we had no electricity for five days, and we melted snow for water. Luckily, at ihlppensbun LEINBACH FARM EQUIP. 1120 RltrwrMwy. 717-532-5511 Tamaaua CHARLES S. SNYDER, INC. The dust and ashes made a mess but we kept warm. We’ve never had to worry about food as our freezers and cellar shelves were full from the summer’s harvest. This year our driveway has been our main problem as snow and ice built up on it. Our son, Philip, has opened it with the trac tor and snow plow several times. The other day he and his wife, Lisa, went cross-country skiing, and we kept the baby. He slept most of the time so 1 barely got to hold him. He has a head of red hair is growihg rapidly.
