Consumers will leave knowing that they should only use milk to make hot chocolate.” Hot chocolate sam ples will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addi tion, the first 2,000 skiers at the resort will receive a free thermo mug to make their own hot chocolate for the next trip down the slopes. “This is the perfect opportunity for Pen nsylvania skiers to taste the teal thing,” adds Houck. “WeTl be on hand at the event to show them just how easy it is to make hot chocolate with milk I’m sure they’ll agree that the small amount of effort is woilh :ik results.” The event is pait of dairy promotion prog ramming in Pennsylva nia, all designed to promote the state’s milk and dairy products. Pen nsylvania’s dairy indus try is the number one agricultural industry and a significant contri butor to the state’s economy.
