He also attended the Red Rose leadership
conference.
James plans to attend a technical school
and study heating, air conditioning, and
refrigeration.
Jason Wright
Jason Wright of Danville, Montour
County, is the son of Ernie and Jackie
Wright.
He has earned the Greenhand and Chap
ter degrees at the Danville FFA Chapter.
Jason has participated in Bloomsburg
Fair judging, agronomy contest, Penn
Slate Week, and the Washington
Conference.
He plans to work in the criminal justice
field.
Craig Yerger
Seventeen-year
old Craig Yerger is
active in the
Middlebrug FFA
Chapter of Middle
burg High School
in Middleburg.
He has had pro
jects in practium
skills, home and 3

farm improvement, earnings, savings, and
investments, and work experience.
Craig is SUN Area treasurer and has
received degrees for Greenhand, Chapter,
and SUN Area. He has earned a gold in the
record book contest, an achievement
award for Home and Farmstead Improve
ment, and the Snyder County Conserva
tion District Award for public speaking.
Craig, the son of Dee Yerger, plans to
attend the Pennsylvania Institute of Culin
ary Arts and Restaurant Management

the SUN area FFA.
Last year, she was

her chapter.
The 17-year-old i
daughter of Nevin
and Isabel Zerby of Bca
earned degrees in Greenland, Chapter, and
Area. She received the Snyder County Star
Fanner Award and a $l,OOO scholarship
from an agriscience contest.

In her four-year involvement in FFA,
Jenny has had projects in sheep breeding,
market lamb, market steer, beef breeding,
and research.
She has served as chairperson for the
following committees: BOAC, recruit
ment, and Food for America. She has also
been active with the chicken barbecue,
banquet, and program for work
committees.
Jenny plans to run for state FFA office
and to study agricultural sciences at Penn
State.
