Price! were higher for the large aizei,
and unchanged for medium. Trade senti
ment was fully steady to film. Demand was
generally good, and as expected for the
holiday season. Supplies were usually
adequate, but graded floor stocks were
occasionally tight where distributors
attempted to build inventories to cover
increased orders.

Trucklot buying interest was seasonal
and limited to regular business and com
mitments. Supplies of boneless skinless
breasts from nearby production were
balanced with a fair demand. Trading was
reported at current prices and the under
tone was steady. Breast cutlets without ten
ders were steadier than earlier but trucklot
volumes were offered and slow to dear.
Line run breast* were irregularly distri
buted but at least adequate. Weights of
some cutting stocks were heavier than
desired. Dark meat items and wings
cleared the market at steady prices. Giz
zards were available and traded at lower
trending prices.

Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
varied, hot was fair to fairiy good overall.
Seller offerings were adequate and in gen
erally good balance; 3 pound and heavier
sizes were no more than adequate at sever
al plants. Live supplies were moderate to
light; weights were desirable to light. Pro
cessing schedules were veiy heavy today.
Less than trucklot asking prices were
unchanged at SO to 62 cents. Trade senti
ment was mostly steady to fully steady. In
the parts complex, wings continued to clear
well. Leg quarters were in a range of
balanced to available and slow to clear.
Breast items were adequate to fully
