herd of 104 cows; 26 are Jerseys and the
rest are Holsteins. It's interesting to note
that 50% of the Holsteins are Red and
Whites. Karl and his family farm near
Kirkwood, Pennsylvania.
Karl's feeds corn silage, ryelage, alf.
hay, an earcorn based grain mix, a 35%
concentrate and Purina® Maxi-Tech 28FF®.
