NOTICE: After 70 years In the machine and foundry business, the owners have
decided to liquidate completely. Everything in this sale belongs to Pattern Machine
& Foundry Co. and will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.
The Pattern Machine & Foundry Co. bldg, was built in 3-stages; but, most expansion was internal
with workspace tightened up to provide room for another machine and another worker. Its location
is generally in a residential area, but there is good parking nearby, along the playground out front
and in its own 100’x200’ lot outback. Ninety-five percent (95%) of the machinery is operative.
