Lancaster Society 9 The Lancaster County Society of Farm Women met in the home of Barbara Becker. Prior to the business session, members enjoyed some social time and deli cious refreshments served by Bar bara Decker and Margaret Bucher. Roll call was answered by members naming their favorite childhood author. Nineteen mem bers and one guest attended. During committee reports, Mar garet Bucher reviewed the bus trip plans to see the “Spirit of Ameri ca” play on June 17. Ann Landis for social commit tee stated the table favors for State convention had been made. Mary Clark had been visited several times by Sarah Weber of Sunshine Committee. Martha Jane Brubaker stated the next breakfast is scheduled for December the 11th at 9 a.m. at Chimney Comer.
