Wedntaday, November 17, 1993
Movement of ready-to-cook whole birdi

offeringi varied, but where extra product
wu available it was difficult to place. Live
supplies were generally moderate. Weights
were desirable to heavy. Processing sche

just moderate today. Less than trucklot
asking prices were 1 cent lower at 51 to 63
cents. Trade sentiment was steady to weak.
In the parts complex, supplies were irregu
larly bidanced; however, breast items were
readiljl available and slow in clearing.
Wings were held with confidence at most
plants. Leg items ranged balanced to

Trucklot buying interest wu very light
but seasonal. Supplies of boneless skinless
breasts were frilly adequate. Trading was
repotted at lower trending prices and some
buyers were simply not interested in breast
cutlets at any price. Line tun breuts were
fully adequate to ample and offered at
sharply lower uking prices. Most buyers
accepted regular commitments but were
out of the market for any additional pro
duct. Yellow skin whole legs and leg quar
ters were irregularly distributed but were at
least adequate at most paints. Wings were
tight.
